These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Juara88 ("Juara88", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the Juara88 website accessible at https://juara88.cam and all associated services, including but not limited to online casino games, sports betting, live dealer games, virtual games, and all related promotional or bonus programmes offered therein.

By completing the registration process and creating an Account, or by accessing and using the Platform in any capacity (including as a guest where permitted), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, including all policies incorporated by reference.

These Terms shall continue to apply for the entire duration of your registration on the Platform and shall survive account closure with respect to any obligations, liabilities, or rights that arose prior to closure.

To register and maintain an Account on the Juara88 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

To register an Account, you must complete the registration form accurately and truthfully, providing your real full name, date of birth, valid email address, and other information as requested. You are strictly prohibited from providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration.

5.1 Verification Requirements

Prior to processing your first withdrawal, and at any time as Juara88 deems appropriate, you will be required to complete KYC verification. This requires submission of a valid, government-issued photo identity document (such as a Malaysian National Identity Card / MyKad, passport, or other accepted document), a recent proof of address document, and in some cases, proof of payment method ownership.

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time of being requested, or submission of fraudulent documents, will result in account suspension and may result in permanent account closure with forfeiture of any funds in the account where fraud is established.

5.2 Account Information Updates

You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and up to date. If any registered information changes (such as email address, payment method details, or contact information), you must update your account promptly or notify our support team.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party, permit any third party to access your account, or use any third party's account.

Juara88 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your account credentials, regardless of whether that activity was authorised by you.

In the event that you suspect your account has been compromised, accessed without authorisation, or that your credentials have been stolen or disclosed, you must notify Juara88 immediately by contacting our 24/7 support team via live chat or by email at [email protected].

Juara88 accepts deposits through a range of Malaysian payment methods, including but not limited to: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX Bank Transfer, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, and cryptocurrency (USDT TRC20, BTC). Supported payment methods may be added or removed from time to time without prior notice.

7.1 Deposit Conditions

• All deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per method and are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction.
• Juara88 does not charge fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may impose its own transaction charges, for which Juara88 accepts no responsibility.
• Deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of confirmed receipt.
• Juara88 reserves the right to refuse any deposit, request verification of source of funds, or return a deposit where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity or money laundering.

7.2 Processing Times

E-wallet deposits (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) and DuitNow transfers are typically credited to your account instantly. FPX bank transfers are typically processed within 5–15 minutes. Cryptocurrency deposits are subject to network confirmation times and typically process within 15–30 minutes. Processing times are estimates and may vary.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions and shall only be processed once all applicable requirements have been satisfied.

8.1 Withdrawal Requirements

8.3 Withdrawal Refusal

Juara88 reserves the right to delay, withhold, or refuse a withdrawal request where: the account KYC has not been completed; there is a reasonable basis to suspect fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse; a chargeback or dispute has been raised on the account; or where required by applicable law or a competent authority.

Juara88 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, VIP tier rewards, and referral programmes. All bonuses are subject to specific terms published at the time of the offer, and to the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

9.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only and must not be claimed or used for the purpose of systematic exploitation or arbitrage.
• Each Player is entitled to claim each promotion once only unless explicitly stated otherwise. Duplicate accounts created to claim additional bonuses will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and account closure.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the specified expiry window (typically 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of credit). Bonuses not cleared within the expiry window will be forfeited automatically.
• Maximum bet restrictions apply while bonus funds are active. Placing individual bets exceeding the stated maximum (typically MYR 250–MYR 500 per round) while using bonus funds may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

9.2 Bonus Abuse

Juara88 employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing only low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements, exploiting errors or inconsistencies in bonus terms, collusion between accounts, and systematic wagering patterns inconsistent with recreational play. Where bonus abuse is identified, Juara88 reserves the right to void all bonuses and winnings derived therefrom, and to close the affected account(s).

All bets placed on the Juara88 platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or market. General betting conditions include the following:

• All bets are placed in MYR and settled in MYR unless otherwise specified.
• Bets are final once confirmed. Juara88 is not responsible for bets placed in error, including incorrect selections, incorrect amounts, or bets placed on the wrong event.
• Juara88 reserves the right to void bets where a manifest error in odds or game conditions has occurred, where a market is suspended or cancelled, or where there is evidence of irregular activity associated with a particular event.
• In-play betting markets are offered at the Platform's discretion and may be suspended or removed at any time without prior notice.

• Juara88 is not responsible for the cancellation, postponement, or abandonment of sporting events beyond our control.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Juara88 platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to appropriate authorities:

• Providing false or misleading registration information, including false identity, age, or address details.
• Registering or operating more than one Account.
• Sharing an Account with another person or allowing another person to use your Account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in any manner.
• Exploiting bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform's software. Any identified vulnerability must be reported to Juara88 immediately.
• Colluding with other players in card games, live dealer games, or any other game where collusion could affect outcomes.
• Using the Platform to launder money or transfer funds for any illegal purpose.
• Engaging in match-fixing, corruption, or any form of manipulation of sporting events on which bets are placed.

• Engaging in chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You must not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Platform without express written permission from Juara88.

The Juara88 name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks or registered marks of Juara88. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use any of these marks without the prior written consent of Juara88.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Juara88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.

Juara88 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

Juara88's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude Juara88's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by applicable law.

Juara88 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time in its sole discretion. Where amendments are material, we will use reasonable efforts to notify registered Players by email or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform.

Amendments take effect from the date they are published on the Platform unless a later effective date is specified. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must close your account and cease use of the Platform prior to the effective date.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to Juara88's customer support team for attempted resolution within fourteen (14) days of written notice of the dispute.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal resolution process, the parties agree to submit to binding arbitration in accordance with internationally recognised arbitration rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
